S. Chad Peace, founder and president of IVC Media LLC, is a nationally recognized leader in election law and voter rights. He is also a partner at the law firm of Peace & Shea LLP and legal strategist for the Independent Voter Project. He is also a Founding Board Member of the National Association of Nonpartisan Reformers.

Under Chad’s leadership, IVC Media has grown into a uniquely nonpartisan digital consulting firm for political causes and candidates and has won Golden Pollie and Reed Awards for excellence in a number of digital media campaigns. Chad was recognized by the AAPC as a 40 under 40 industry professional to watch and honored with the 17th annual Anti-corruption award by the New York Independence Clubs in 2017.

IVC Media is best known for conducting the voter education effort for California’s nonpartisan, top-two primary initiative and drafting Rand Paul for Senate in 2010. IVC also shattered third-party online fundraising records by raising more than $10 million from 200,000 individuals for Gary Johnson in 2016. As an attorney for the Independent Voter Project, Chad is a nationally recognized expert in election law.

Chad earned his law degree from the University of San Diego, where he was President of the International Arbitration Team. Chad was born and raised in San Diego, California where he maintains a home in North Park. He travels regularly to Sacramento and Washington DC.
